GrindWay encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with the Payment Gateway.


You can choose where you want the goods delivered. If you want the goods delivered to a packing shop in Denmark, the shipping price is 45 Kr. Delivery to a private address costs 65 kr. If you choose delivery to a business address, the shipping price is 49 Kr. If you order items for at least 599 Kr., We ship freely to the store.

When ordering at GrindWay, we typically ship the same day and during busy periods within 1-3 days. Orders entered after kl. 16:00 will be shipped the following day.

GrindWay provides for delivery with GLS (unless otherwise stated). Timely delivery, however, assumes that GLS complies with day-to-day delivery. In case of delays with GLS, this will correspondingly delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. GrindWay can not be held responsible for delays at GLS. In the case of very delayed (several days) or decisive deliveries, GrindWay will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands may in some cases last 2 days. GrindWay always takes into account the day-to-day delivery. Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad is also done with GLS.


GrindWay grants 2 years of warranty under the Purchasing Act, including fabrication and material defects found on the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damages or wear, caused directly or indirectly as a consequence of improper wash, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects that should be detected by the usual inspection of the product must be notified to GrindWay within a reasonable period of time. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or as agreed. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, GrindWay will return return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returning of goods also takes place at this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent per COD. Return of goods can also be done by refusing to receive the package or by delivering the item personally to us. It is not a requirement but the expedition is promoted if adequate information is supplied with the goods - such as a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and bank account number for which a refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.


In the case of agreed discounts, returned items or prepaid items that are canceled prior to shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and GrindWay therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and can be disclosed without further notice by email or other traditional form of correspondence.


There is a 14-day return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Cost of return must be done by yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days.
